Music Inspires Photography
Good morning! Today, as every friday the past weeks, I have electives: Photography. Last time we worked with inspiration, being inspired by another picture (if you haven't read the entry with these photos, click here). Today we're taking it a step further, where we have to be inspired only by listening, not looking. In other words, we are supposed to choose a song, be inspired by that song, take at least two pictures, put them together in a collage, and show it to the class while playing the song.
If you're wondering why I am writing in present tense, that is because we are working on it in writing moment - although, I am done since I already had two of my photos taken and therefore half the job done before entering the classroom this mornng.
Anyhow... Here's my result:
Your Call - Secondhand Serenade. Of course, Secondhand Serenade! ^^,
What do you think of my project?
My personal opinion: The pictures in the photograph tell a story, they complete each other - as long as the music is present. Without the song, it would be a mismatch of photos put together. I could keep interpreting my own work, but I'm not going to, I'll leave that up to you guys (please do so in the comment section below! ^^,)!
