Workout 2/3

When I started part 2 of the 30 day shred, I shared part 1 with you. And now that I'm doing level 3 I wanted to share the 2nd part with you!



This level is harder than the 1st one, naturally... Although, I could never figure out that exercise on the last abs circuit. But the cardio ones were killing me! I actually find level three more enjoyable - I feel that I do the exercises all the way through, and I am done after 20 minutes of working out!

Janne, kommenterer tilbake: Hehe, takk... Det er slitsomt! Men verdt det, tatt i betraktning at det kun tar en knapp halvtime men har hatt økter på over en time tidligere der jeg ikke har blitt like sliten og svett... Jillian vet hva hun driver med! :P
