New Nail Design

Yesterday, while I was at work, I got a compliment on my cheetah nails - which I found rather strange, as my nails were broken and the polish flaking off, so I figured it was about time to do something with them. Today I've clipped, filed, polished... And below you can see how it turned out! This is one of my favorite designs, because it's so simple and you can do it in many different ways and put your personal touch on it. Today I did purple, brown, and green, as you can see. Earlier, I've done coral and black with silver, black and white with silver... You can do a stripe, a wave, dots, two stripes, diamonds, pearls, anything you want! And that's why I love this design, which I made fairly simple today.

I used the colors 708 Cool Camel and 630 Sweet Violet  Wonder Nail polishes from IsaDora, Miss Rôse Brilliant Nail Polish number 17, and a top coat from Seche Vite. I set a piece of scotch tape across my nail to get a straight line, and applied two layers of brown before I removed the tape, made sure the polish was dry, and then applied two coats of the purple. Wait until it's completely dry before applying the line or whatever pattern you want here - I prefer to do something right where the two colours meet because it's usually not very even... Enjoy decorating your nails!
