Bring on the Rain, Listen to the Thunder

Today is one of those days where it's just pouring down outside, the sky is dark, and the temperature is high, but it's still pouring down. It's also one of those days where I didn't put on a bra until 3pm, and I'm still wearing my pajamas, my hair really needs to be washed, and I haven't even bothered to look in a mirror yet. Today is one of those days where all of that's really not necessary, really not important.

I've been drinking cocoa with mini marshmallows in it; actually, we didn't have mini marshmallows, so I made my own by putting a knife to some regular ones. And I'm watching Army Wives, a TV series that used to go on the channel Lifetime in America. It's a wonderful series, and I'm close to crying for one reason or other in just about every episode. I've also talked with my boyfriend on Facebook. I really needed that. It's been almost two months since school ended now, and I knew it wasn't gonna be easy, but we have to be strong. For ourselves, and for each other.

My brother and I are having tacos for dinner today. We were supposed to eat that yesterday, but then I had to work, so we're having it today instead. I was really looking forward to it. We live in the same house, but apart from a bathroom and some meals we don't share much. I love him though, my little brother, three years my younger. And I'm really looking forward to having tacos with him tonight, wearing pajamas and with my hair undone.

Any plans for this Sunday afternoon and evening?
